My most recent experience at Jimmy Johns Yorkville was awful. I came home with a Turkey sandwich that had barely any turkey on it and a pile of brown slimy lettuce. The bread was overly chewy as well, obviously not fresh. Paid almost $17 for 2 sandwiches and they were basically inedible. Will not return.

On the Friday before Easter my 18 year old went to pick up our catering order for Easter Sunday. Friday an emergency, we had to get to the hospital for my husband was having issues. We spent 2 days in and out of the hospital. In the meantime our other family picked up the food for Easter and we were not able to attend. I do not recommend this Jimmy John’s location anymore. For 6 years I have been working walking distance away and I have never had a problem with the staff service or my food. Within the last few months I have been dreading on going in there because I have to worry about if I’ll have a right sandwich I ordered or not.
