Found this plastic inside my elote tonight. Disappointed since my family has visited here multiple times before.

The Ice cream tasted old and the arroz con leche paleta didn't even taste like arroz con leche, the young guy working behind the counter was really nice and attentive for our order.

The arroz con leche is the worst thing I’ve ever tasted she took it out the back and warmed it up for about 1 minute we also order two dorito locos and I’ve had good one there before I don’t know what happened they weren’t good the dorito was the best part, also the music is too loud; 37 dollars not well spent

This girl that works there her name is Fatima actually helped pay for our ice cream lol. She was super nice and the ice cream was so good so 5 stars definitely!

The service was terrible today , this young girls attitude and her lack of ability to understand a simple request , wow !!! Also , I found 2 black hard pieces of plastic or something in the pine nut ice cream . The ice cream it self tasted like a salty weird texture !!! $9.34 for a two scoop ice cream cone ??? I questioned the girl about it and she still didn’t change the price even though it was supposed to be like $5 something ??? She charged me for a sugar cone I didn’t even get , I got a plain cake cone and an extra cup in case it were to melt .

I went in for a Chicharrón preparado got little to none cueritos. Full of cabbage and 2 pieces of avocado. The lady (Sabrina) said they could only make it to go so I didn’t open it till I got home. I called and ask if they don’t add cueritos and she said yes I said there is like 3 little squares and she said oh ok , I said can I get a credit or a refund and she said sure and I wasn’t even done I was saying thank you and she hung up the phone on me. This is the third time I have issues with them . First they gave me spoiled sour cream and I was super nice about it. Too expensive for what they serve and the quality. Never again !

I am not sure what the problem is with the girl behind the counter. My second time in a while and she has the worse attitude ever! This time I asked for a mango cup with lime juice and salt, she must have forgotten I asked for salt and when I kindly reminded her she gave me attitude and said I wish you told me sooner. I said I did, but she cut me off saying I had only asked for salt and now it was too late to mix the fruit with the condiments. I was with my daughter so of course not gonna make a scene so I let it go, she came back from the kitchen saying she didn’t have any salt when there was a salt shaker right behind the counter on plain sight. The owners at this location are the nicest people ever we met them years ago when they first opened this location but sadly have hired a bad employee because I will not be coming back anytime soon! This was just a minor issue but makes a big impact on my decision to come back. Please train your employees better and if they don’t like the job then let them go. Sadly I ended up paying for a cup of fruit that was not to what I wanted.

Beautiful beautiful experience delicious ?

Very delicious fruit popsicles (we tried mango, strawberry, and coconut). And the staff are so friendly and kind, really wonderful!
