Visited this place 2nd time and love it. Found the staff serve better when compared to the one in naperville.

Ice cream was relatively decent, but whoever that short, chubby girl with the dyed hair, piercing, and glasses was needs to be fired ASAP. That customer service was unacceptable, and I won't be coming here again.

Love this place, I love the vibe excellent place for Ice cream and other great beverages and snacks.

The girls dont know how to dispach the banana split literal is melt with small little balls of melt ice cream. Never again, too expensive and they charge me 2 times one thing, and if i didnt notice 🥴🥴

Dude. I cannot make this up. Went here. Loved it the first time. But, this second time I come in I’m trying to read the menu on the wall and the girl keeps moving her head so I can’t read it. I move to the left, so does she. Asking “want you want?” Girl idk because I can’t see the dang menu. She acted like I was going to steal or something. It felt very racist. Then when I try to say something to the other girl only thing she says is “are you paying?” Right after my friend just paid… so is this how you treat all customers or just the black ones because the family before didn’t get treated like this. Disgusting.

This is not an authentic Mexican ice cream at all. The lime ice cream tastes like lemon sherbet. If you have ever had a real Mexican lime ice cream… this is not it. The tamarind ice cream does not taste right, has a very odd aftertaste. The ice cream is also very runny. If you’re looking for something authentic, go elsewhere.

Found this plastic inside my elote tonight. Disappointed since my family has visited here multiple times before.

The Ice cream tasted old and the arroz con leche paleta didn't even taste like arroz con leche, the young guy working behind the counter was really nice and attentive for our order.

The arroz con leche is the worst thing I’ve ever tasted she took it out the back and warmed it up for about 1 minute we also order two dorito locos and I’ve had good one there before I don’t know what happened they weren’t good the dorito was the best part, also the music is too loud; 37 dollars not well spent
