I did a Uber Eats order very disappointed on how my drink arrived with overloaded cold foam and very less on chai tea paid for a grande. There wasn’t even ice in the drink either. Very poor quality I couldn’t even drink it since it was over filled with cold foam there wasn’t even any chai tea in it. As you can see on how the top has still cold foam and even in the cup after throwing it out.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich from this Starbucks this morning (1/5/24) at 8:27am. When I got home and took a bite, it tasted off. I tried the egg and that seemed fine on its own. So I tried just the sausage patty and that was definitely rancid. I decided to call the bridge street store in yorkville where I got it from. The woman on the phone said she doesn’t know how that could have possibly happened as they receive their food fresh every day. She basically dismissed me saying that next time I come in, they will make another one fresh for me but that was it. She didn’t believe me and I assume she’s going about her day selling more rancid food for $4.95 a pop. I’m surprised there wasn’t any accountability from her or the company, or any attempt at making this problem right. I even offered to bring the rancid sandwich back for evidence that the rancid meat is in fact rancid and I’m not looking for free food here, just a refund at the very least. I will call back to speak with the manager about this.

Poor service and rude employees . Was waiting for almost 5 minutes before someone acknowledged our presence at the counter as the baristas were busy chit chatting. I asked the barista to add the reward to my order but she didn’t do so, very disappointing experience. The drive by is really slow so we thought to stop by in person, but it’s the same slow experience and now we know the reason why! Place is dirty, there were flies insides and tables were sticky.

Ordered A MOCHA COOKIE CUMBLE on MONDAY through the drive. Upon receiving my drink I was given a Carmel apple crisp drink. Nothing what I ordered, mentioned it to the burista and she said that’s what I had ordered when that was in correct. I went inside and I told her that wasn’t my order they refused to give me my correct drink. They said that’s what I had ordered and made a fuss about it. When clearly on the screen it said what I had ordered when paying and was given something completely different. Her attitude was uncalled for. If you they are unstaffed that’s not the way to treat a customer. I ended up throwing my drink away. Wasn’t given a refund or they didn’t offer to give me the correct drink. It wasn’t busy during the time I went. For laziness and the way I was treated was uncalled for. This young girl had glasses, dirty blonde hair and was at the drive up at 3pm.

My wife and I got our usual and a sausage egg and cheese muffin. Service was very fast through the drive-thru but in the lobby it was a little slower than normal I enjoyed the food though that was really cooked well and prepared nicely. It has a lot of room in there and space so you could have a conversation and not be listened to plenty of products to buy as well I would definitely go back.

Can't even tell you if their coffee is good or not, because they rudely told us while waiting at the drive thru that they were closed, which mind you it was only 3pm! Their hrs of business says open till 8:30 PM! Definitely never going there again! Staff was rude and not friendly at all. ?UPDATE AS OF 05/2023I decided to go to this Starbucks location again and give them another chance. Possible change of management! So far, staff is friendly, welcoming and drinks and food are on point!

I have been coming to this particular Starbucks for 4 1/2 years , every single day . I know we sometimes have bad days and give people the benefit of the doubt . BUT the also have to realize that by giving bad energy and poor customer service can also ruin a customers morning on their way to work. Which I had this morning. I walked in to get my usual the person that help me with Sarah.. not sure if she was the manager assistant manager, because she was instructing other coworkers instructions . I placed my order and waited for my order. I received my drink and was waiting for my food when Sarah approached me and gave me my food. I noticed that I didn't have Sriracha, so I asked " I apologize can I please have some Sriracha" she gave me attitude I put my hand out for her to give me the Sriracha, and she threw it on the counter. I didn't say anything, and I just walked away as I was on my way to work. I noted that she forgot my cream cheese for my bagel so I called. she was the one that answered the phone and I told her that she had forgotten my bagel. She knew exactly who I was and I told her that she forgot my cream cheese and she omg yes I did . I told her that I did not appreciate the way she serve me. She forgot my cream cheese and when she was going to give me the Sriracha, I put my hand out for her to give it to me and she threw it on the counter. She didn't have much to say. I proceeded by telling her that it was very unprofessional. I work with customers as well and customer service should be the number one.Priority . I'm not looking for free food nor a free drink. Just wanted to make her aware that customer service is very important.
