Horrible rude staff even the store manager is rude! Ordered on my app and went through drive thru just to be told I had to go inside to get my drink. I guess a half hours isn’t enough time to make a drink?? When I explained I couldn’t I have a small child and it’s raining out she said she couldn’t help me. I ended up having to go in to get my drink refunded and the manager was extremely rude too! Gave attitude rolled eyes… never again they need new staff and a new store...read full review
they have already raised their prices and now they are trying to gouge out more money for their overpriced drinks!
I decided that I was going to treat myself to a caramel ribbon crunch drink. since they first started selling this drink, I have ordered it the same way- extra caramel, extra crunch and a side of crunch.
