There were several things that dissatisfied us today, but a big one was how filthy it was. Panera foods tastes Great! TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE operation at this Yorkville location. They are confused and they do not care about customers for some crazy reason! Particularly if you call in your order drive all the way over there and pick it up when you get home you realize that almost every time something is missing. How many thousands of dollars do you think they’re losing by terrible customer service.

I love going here but they took hot chocolate off the menu?? We were shocked!The tables in the morning don't seem to get wiped down. Some mornings we had a hard time finding a clean spot to eat.Plus some of the place needs cleaned better and/or is starting to look run down. We went every week but have chosen another place
