Wendy's in Yorkville has to be the worst restaurant I've ever been too in my life. I used their App and tried to claim an offer and that's where the problem began. I asked employee who said her name is Lydia for help and she said no. I was supposed to get a free breakfast sandwich with purchase and was refused when I proved what the app said. She laughed in my face and I have never felt so disrespected as a customer as she made me feel. I definitely tried to call the store manager...read full review
Their customer service is terrible and the manager on duty was very snotty and rude. The last time we ordered there thru the drive -thru our order was wrong we tried calling back to let them know and they never answered the phone finally got a hold of someone the next day and the manager Crystal said she would write it down and we would get a refund on our next order just mention it the next time you come in.
