Living on the other side of the country, I was struggling to find a local baker in Muncie that could hand-make a traditional Pineapple Upside Down Cake and deliver it directly on her birthday. Jason and Nicole were thrilled to help and allowed me to place custom order over the phone. They normally don't deliver small orders like this, but they offered it to me for a small special fee given I live out of state. I was blown away by their graciousness!
