“I hope this reaches the sweet lady who did my mobile order! I was waiting for my order when a male Karen, I’ll call him Keith, was upset about the sign that said “Back in 15!” and asked how long I’d been waiting and I guess he didn’t like my reply of “just a few minutes, I have a mobile order”. He huffed, and puffed and did what Karens do, but I just resumed my music and waited.When the worker returned, it was obvious they were just beginning their shift as they quickly put on their apron. I waited in the mobile order section, and he said something rudely to me and that’s when I told him that I’m not his problem and he shouldn’t take that tone with me. I’m kinda sad because now I realize I think the barista thinks I was upset at her and that’s not the case. The barista made a really amazing iced shaken espresso“
