Stopped here for lunch with a friend yesterday! So much to see and no t enough time! We loved our lunches, made to order & fresh! I had the grilled romaine with blue cheese dressing! Portion was larger than I could handle! Service was fast & friendly. We will go back when we have more time! And next time we will have desert & coffee first!
Wonderful place if traveling through on 69 or if you live somewhere in the area. Many items in the bookstore area, but the highlight is the restaurant. Small bites with coffee or tea to relax, or full menu of lunch or dinner. Basil Tomato soup was a must on this cold day, and the half sandwich with small salad rounded it off for only $10. Excellent food at a reasonable price and the service was wonderful. Great place to meet others or relax and take your time with a book and coffee.
I drive by this place all the time, I finally decided to stop in for lunch. Fun place! Rocking chairs on the porch, lots of things to look at and shop for and of course music! The cafe is a fun little teacup type place with lots of choices! I had the Root Beer BBQ Chicken Skillet with Mac n Cheese... delicious.. I will be back and recommend you visit!
