Other places either give me a side to put on n myself or put on one side and stick the two together afterwards. Muffins were huge and amazing. Coffee was smooth or strong. They actually have soup too, not just the normal boring types. I had taco soup. Hope they carry Wisconsin.”

“Very laid back Christian oriented café that serves breakfast and lunch items as well as cookies, pastries, cakes and different coffee drinks. Plenty of space to sit and chat inside and out while enjoying breakfast or lunch or just a lil sweet treat. Will definitely be going back!!”

“We went there last night with another couple to chat and grab a quick bite. Gabby was our waitress. Very friendly and cheerful We started off with the amazing pretzels with cheese dip. Then on to the wings(was told they were very good,), the chicken bacon ranch flat breas that was also very good and we had the meat lovers flat bread. Parking was a breeze, close to home, blueberry mule was very good and the beers were delivered cold and promptly. We plan on going back! They also have a mug club with numbered mugs on the wall. Cute local place with great food and service!Dietary restrictions: They ask if you want salt on the pretzels which is a nice touch.”

“Bert & Betty's is your perfect small town Mom & Pop type restaurant. Perfect comfort food! They only take cash or checks, but the prices are low, food is good and you won't leave hungry. Check their hours of operation before you go, because they aren't open everyday. Oh and they have a great choice of pies for dessert that you aren't going to want to miss.”

“The new owners have done a great job of getting involved in the community. I have never been dissapointed with anything that I have ordered from here. We visit several times a month and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. They are very accommodating with special requests and never hesitate to re-make something if there is an issue. The staff is freindly and the place is always clean. Go check them out and see what you are missing!”

“Recently went to the Kickstand for lunch. I had the Fat Boy double burger. It was very large and prepared properly (cooked through). Served with lettuce, tomato, onion. This was the first time I have had a burger that I couldn't smash down to get a complete bite! The onion rings were OK, not battered in house, and I'd probably go with fries if I had it to do over again. Lunch partner had the wings and they were very meaty. She asked for them to be extra crispy and didn't seem like that request was filled. I tried a couple and thought they were good. Inside was spacious and very much a bar setup. Overall a pretty good place if you are in the area. They were setup so you could pay via scanning a QR code with your phone and then could use the wallet on your phone to Apple Pay or I presume Google Pay, so your card never has to be out of your presence.”

“I love their food. they have the best food that I have found around, it's like having a pizzeria in your backyard with all your favorite strombolis and calzones and subs, oh my Jesus, besides pizza and cheese sticks or chicken wings they have some of the best food I've tasted in a long time for a fast restaurant not necessarily a fast food restaurant but fast restaurant so I usually get my food within 30 minutes delivered I live about 5 mi from them and the food is always done! You got to get you some, it's good!”

“What a perfect location for a coffee shop! Inside a church with a community center attached. They have a simple but purposeful menu with coffee, smoothies, energy drinks, and some quick foods. The cinnamon roll is what I came for because my friend said it was the best she's had and she was right! Served warm for $5 and it was the perfect snack! I'd love to be back and try more of their beverages and pastries!”

“My daughter and I love this establishment, you can do a half-and-half or you can order something on its own very good sandwiches, salads and soups, they also have a lot of choices for coffees, whether it be hot or iced! You will not be able to leave without grabbing a sweet treat , a big selection to choose from.”

“It is unique. It is at a truck stop. Half of it is a restaurant which has probably the best serlion steak I ever had. The waitress was kind, attemtive, and didnt mind chatting. All in all, I think that is going to be a regular restaurant I'm going to.”

“As a mobile notary I like to explore small businesses and decided to visit this small coffee roaster in Danville. I'd heard wonderful things about it and wanted to check it out myself. The smell of coffee greeted me when I walked through the door. Got to sample some cold brew and got a leason in roasting by the owner. He is very knowledgeable and offers a wide variety. If you have a particular blend that you prefer, just ask and he may just have it. Will definitely be back to get my growler refilled.”

“what a fun place! We found this place passing through from rockville in. Had to stop, unbelievable charm and apple butter biscuits!!! omg!!! We got the meatloaf and roast beef manhattan and we did the monkey on my back for dessert. Everything tasted so so good, the nostalgic artwork tvs pics ect are all featuring andy griffin. “this could easily have been a five-star tenderloin. the grilled tenderloin was moist and delicious but it had a big chunk of gristle in it that made about 20% of it inedible. the breaded tenderloin was dry and tasted of chicken. they had a nice bun that held together and a big slice of tomato and lettuce. the tater tots were nice and crispy and potatoey on the inside. the onion rings have thick slices of onion with a nice crust. the sides were definitely five stars. fortunately they're still using styrofoam, no reason to not use compostable on the carryout.”
