After many years of coming to this Arby's, they've only messed up once and they were very sincere in apologizing and fixing my order. Also gave me a free meal for next time. Greg and the Woman manager are both awesome. Lovely counter lady, can't think of her name. Drive thru guys are always polite and efficient. This Arby's proves that the standard for fast food doesn't have to be sub par. I'd give 6 stars if I could. All the surrounding fast food could learn a thing or 2 as the services elsewhere is rough and food is never fresh across the street at wendys.

Got Buffalo chicken. Had to wait a bit as they cooked it up. Hot and fresh. Service was good. Outside maintained and clean. A+ today.

People were friendly and restaraunt was clean. My only complaint is that I waited extra for my food which was placed by mobile order. The manager was waiting for me to say I was there for a mobile order before filling it, and I was expecting it would just be filled ASAP and placed on their mobile orders shelving like I'm used to with mobile ordering.
