People were friendly and restaraunt was clean. My only complaint is that I waited extra for my food which was placed by mobile order. The manager was waiting for me to say I was there for a mobile order before filling it, and I was expecting it would just be filled ASAP and placed on their mobile orders shelving like I'm used to with mobile ordering.
Went to this Arby’s location 8-19-23 and received great food and service especially from the fella I believe by the name of Therman. He went above and beyond is job description while taking orders plus running food out to tables along with helping in that back. He did all that and kept no line for ordering as well as a great attitude.

After many years of coming to this Arby's, they've only messed up once and they were very sincere in apologizing and fixing my order. Also gave me a free meal for next time. Greg and the Woman manager are both awesome. Lovely counter lady, can't think of her name. Drive thru guys are always polite and efficient.
