The manager on days has the worst attitude of anyone I have ever dealt with. They gave me cold food. I returned it but then they gave me burnt food. It needs to be known that they will take food that has been sitting under lights and drop them into the fryer a second time for it to be hot. Which dries up the food and then has a burnt flavor. This manager is not from our country and maybe he does not understand that the customer is always right. And he needs to learn courtesy.
Ordered a Whopper with cheese meal. The cheese was added as an afterthought ON TOP OF THE cold lettuce & tomatoes! How was it ever supposed to melt onto the cold burger? The tomatoes & onions were the butt ends. The pickles looked like they had been chewed & then put on the sandwich. The ketchup was microscopic. I have to say it was probably the worst fast food sandwich I have ever gotten in my 55+ years! I really would like to be contacted so that I can get my $8.52 back.
