Got the ol’ HAIR on my burger. 2 big thick ones. The hair was bigger than the tomato’s. Got my fries and sauce though and they were okay. But $28 for hair and disappointment is crazy. Go ahead and shut her down 😂😂

The staff here are very nice but for some reason the food is always cold. One of my breakfast croissants was still frozen and obviously microwaved, but the other one was fresh. It doesn't make any sense, but whatever. At least the staff are nice, unlike McDonald's next door, where the staff are rude and condescending.

Nasty food soggy fries. I paid for cheese didn't get it on whopper ketchup not on whopper or pickles. Two whopper Jr's burger and bun. Nasty fries. Called restaurant no one answered. Good thing I would of bitched them out. BK on Broadway Anderson. Worst restaurant so is the Wendy's on Broadway.

Placed order online. When I arrived at drive-thru. They handed us our frozen pink lemonades. The temperature outside was in the 80's and I have no AC. We waited for over 15 minutes before we received our order. When we got home, our drinks were half melted and the food wasn't right.

One guy cleaning the dining room was nice and helpful. The lady at the counter was blah. $11 sandwich sandwich wrong, medium fry instead of large, chicken frys were dried out. Par for the course at BK. This location is circling the drain. Surprised it's made it this long.

Ordered in app. Entered store. No one in line, no one in drive thru. Employees ignored wr were there. Grill not working, only fried food available. They don't know anything about app or how to get your money back. Don't know why they bothered to stay open.
