Was hesitant to get lunch here from reviews, but gave them a chance. Stopped by thur 2/5 around 12:30 and the girl working the drive thru had great customer service, the wait was so short when I got my food I was worried but to my surprise my fries were hot and my burger was hot as well, got 2 apple pies and they were also fresh.

I haven't been to a burger king in a while since our last experience at a BK In Muncie. Our son asked to go today so we stopped at this one and it was so good. We had our food in less than 5 mins and we really customized things and everything was right, fresh, and GOOD! they brought it to our table, asked if we needed anything else..we had a great experience. I see these employees working hard and the women behind the counters were the ones who brought us our stuff and asked if anything else was needed..they are running in and out getting orders to people inside and out..Thank you guys..I like to give credit where credit is due!

Ordered large onion rings, came with 8 and then filled with fries. Ordered an 8 piece jalapeño bite and didn’t get it. Ordered zesty sauce and didn’t get it. Dr. Pepper is flat. Burgers are cold. Close to $40 order. Please do better and do right. Merry Christmas.

Manager was disrespectful. Same manager someone else complained about. She did have time to make bags of food at no cost to her family. Haven’t been there in years and won’t be going back

Burgers are lukewarm, not warm enough to even melt.Cheese fries are always the grossest in the whole fast food store is the extremely clean and very nice.Also, very new overall experience was still pretty good.I like Burger King !!

30+ minutes in drive through for a mobile order. Order was cold and missing food. Went inside to tell employee and got attitude and told they can help because it’s a mobile order. Absolutely the worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever. I really love the OSHA violation of open back shoes!!!

Tried the new brisket whopper with onion rings and bacon added and it was pretty decent. Used the kiosk for ordering, as it is pretty much leading towards a requirement now at these restaurants. The issue with the kiosk is that it didn’t include sales tax in the price when paying with cash. So when meeting with the cashier it was a bit confusing being asked for more than the total given. They blamed the system, and say it always does that and are not aware of it being fixed despite how many times they’ve inquired about it.
