Didn't get the food that I ordered because they refused to make my sundae as requested. As far as I know, I am the only person that asks for malt powder on my hot fudge sundae. Said they can't do it because they were specifically told by their boss that they weren't allowed to. When the manager was asked, she said that she was specifically told by her boss that they couldn't do it, even through I offered to pay for any extra charges. I highly doubt that anyone previously had asked for this unique combination, and earned the specific rule prohibiting it.

$16 for a cheeseburger and 5 tiny onion rings?! You're better off at a sit down restaurant.

Love this DQ. Food was warm and tasted great. Blizzard was awesome. Service was pretty good, friendly and Kimberly was very nice. Place looks a little rough and could use some fixing up. All in all very good. Prices are high, but that's corporates fault. Lower the prices.

They have some pretty good deals going on right now. I think it's worth going there and eating you. Get a full belly and the food's not too bad. The service kind of sucks, but you can get a full belly on eleven bucks

Friendly staff. Ice cream was excellent and very creamy. I should take a Star off because DQ no longer carries the cherry toppings for dipped cones, but it wasn't the locations fault.

I don't eat their food even though I like their chicken strip basket. I only go there for the kids to get ice cream. Be ready to spend 20 bucks on some ice cream. Keep getting the caramel, turtle ice cream thinking 1 day. Whoever makes the ice cream. We'll put caramel in there, not just pecans or walnuts whatever that nut is, but not yet, still have not got a bite of caramel fir 9 dollar ice cream. I wish snow castle was open year round.Could go there ten times for one trip of dairy queen

We went through the drive thru for the first time 10/25/2024 11:39:14 AM. I haven’t been here in years was hoping it would be decent. The girl who started talking to take our order already had a bad attitude before we even said anything. Food was decent lukewarm tho. Overall we didn’t appreciate how we were treated for no reason by Sarah. Even at the window she gave a mean facial expression and was not friendly in the slightest.
