I was in the area as part of my quest to visit all 50 states eventually, and I searched on Google for somewhere that had root beer nearby. For fun I tried the breaded cheeseburger which was OK along with a side of onion rings and a mug of cold root beer. I’m a big fan of Barqs root beer in particular and this one almost gets to that bite but it’s a little bit sweeter. I'm from PA and was visiting a family member here in Anderson and I saw this location driving by it and I thought I would give it a shot. Came here for lunch the service was great as soon as I pulled in I was waited on in order to hot dogs with the Spanish sauce, slaw and mustard and also going to try a mug of the root beer they were famous for, the food was out to me in less than 5 minutes and it was delicious some of the best hot dogs I've eaten in a while and the root beer...read full review
