I wanted to give a shout out to two employees that went above and beyond in a difficult situation. First the manager Sarah helped me sort out a situation with the app. The order had gone through as pickup when I needed delivery. She made sure to contact the right people so i could get that order canceled and i could redo it. Next, Nicki from door dash went back to the store after closing hours to make sure i got my missing burger. It was a rough night ladies but I appreciate you...read full review
Great hot fudge sundae.
Great service and friendly. Stopped to get the grandkids ice cream before taking them home.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers efficient service despite being busy, with staff quickly fulfilling orders. The food is satisfying, with highlights including the chicken fingers meal and dipping gravy. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are helpful. However, the building could use some renovations and cleaning as it shows signs of wear and tear. Despite this, the food remains a highlight, including the delicious Reese's ice-cream cake.
The reviews suggest that the food is generally well-received, with the Blizzard and ice cream being particularly praised for their taste and creaminess. The service is described as friendly, though the prices are considered high. Some customers note that the restaurant's appearance could use some improvement, but the overall experience seems positive.
