This place was dirty, no ice, food was cold and sloppy.
Coley/Koley had excellent customer service, a great attitude, personable, and went above and beyond for me in the drive through. I don't leave reviews for fast food often, but he deserves a raise or higher position! I asked him his name because I wanted to make sure someone sees this! Not alot of people have good customer service but he was happy genuine and an absolute pleasure!
My Frosty was made before the rest of my food, so it was melted by the time I could eat it.

Recent visits show that the restaurant can be hit or miss, especially after dark when drive-thru waits can last 10 minutes or more. Sometimes, orders are incorrect, and staff members may not always be helpful or smiling. The food often looks and tastes burnt, with a color ranging from light to medium brown, and waits for food can be around 20 minutes. Despite these issues, the place remains clean, and some employees are really excellent.
