Employees were very friendly & timely so I was started my order and got my food pretty quickly also.Parking: 50ish spots available for everyoneWheelchair accessibility: 2 different entrances with wheelchair accessible ramps
Clean but Hot Drink machine for Lattes and hot chocolate is ALWAYS BROKEN!!!! I asked the manager when it might be fixed and her response was " I really don't care!!!!" It's winter and I like my lattes and cocoa :)

Very upset about this, this was stupid and easily avoidable.. Order #1256. First we went through the drive through, line of cars approximately 4 or so. By the we ordered maybe another 2 cars behind us. Meaning it was a slow evening at that time. We ordered fine, the woman taking the order was polite and attentive. We got to the 1st window and the woman said nothing, she just held out the payment device and that was all. When we finished she just closed the window and walked away...read full review
