My wife surprised me with donuts and I was soo excited to try Jacks for the first time and I am very DISAPPOINTED!!!! I asked my wife were they fresh, she said that they were made this morning. Taste like they were a couple days OLD!

I arrived at this location at 1:10 pm on Tuesday. The store states that it's open from 5 am- 6 pm. The store was closed. I've wasted my gas and my time and my first impression on this business. This will not be a place that I will try to guess when they will be open to my business in the future. Honor your online schedule or maybe change it to not upset possible reviews like this.

Delicious caramel latte even though the server had some operating difficulties....I really appreciate the extra service! And the chocolate donut topped the coffee off perfectly! Wish you were in Michigan!

We are visting from California and stopped in for a dozen doughnuts and where not let down super good stuff and the guys trevor that was working was super helpful in helping us find all the doughnuts to match each one of family members likings thank you trevor we greatly appreciate you

Came in today to get donuts for Father's Day, I had only ever had Jack's like 2 times when work bought them for us so this was my first time ever visiting a Jack's myself. I was pleasantly surprised that on Father's Day at 12PM they still had a prettty great selection of donuts to choose from. The employee with the blue hair was very helpful and patient as I asked alot of questions, and they make a very good barista, they made my iced coffee very sweet and carmely just how I asked. The prices were pretty good too - 6 donuts, Apple Juice, sprite, iced coffee plus a tip was all under $20. And these donuts are delicious as well as huge so they're very filling, could easily share 1 between 2 people. Will definitely come back again! :)

So, we forgot a major event that we typically do within the community and I needed to order 44 dozen donuts for the next day. While this store was not able to accommodate my entire order, they did offer to fill as much of it as they could. So, between this store and the one in New Castle I was able to fill 30 of the 44 I needed. The woman I spoke to was was absolutely lovely I would give them even more stars if I could! Based on my experience between the 2 stores I worked with during all this I would have to believe that Jack's does an amazing job with their customer service (and obviously donuts or I wouldn't have been trying to order so many).

I placed an order Thursday to pickup donuts for 5pm Saturday, & they were closed…how terrible! Thankfully I’m getting help from the University location…I won’t order from here again.

Just came for the first time. I struggled between the Tiger Tail or the Apple Fritter. I got the fritter and man was that a good choice!! Lightly crunchy edge, perfect glaze, great flavor and it disappeared way too fast!
