Not sure what’s goin on but these guys were handed my meal w my McFlurrys order number 889, so I went and said something but was told to just wait and thell make more so I waited an extra 15min. Fresh but still… are the people giving out the customers meals to friends????

I just left this McDonald’s this morning and was highly upset!. I come here everyday with no problems and whoever worked this morning worked my nerves before heading to work. I came to order two sweet teas and already had a mobile order. This lady who took the order kept rushing us because she said they were on a time limit and we couldn’t even make an order mins you I just got there I’m disappointed in the morning crew.

I almost would stop going to this McDonald's. From all the Mexican music playing in my ear, this is still America. People should speak English. Let alone make me listen to Mexican music. As I eat my breakfast with my kids .
Over this mcDonalds they need to be more better at helping people more customer service two people went on break together while we was standing there someone said to help them he said no he going on break. Poor customer service. Then the food was nasty I never had a issuse out this place but for the past month food has been nasty not cooked right or given right. I have pictures of the food. We didn't get the option to dine in. They packed are food up like so you all not allowed us to dine in any more. I feel I was ripped off ..

A couple times that I have came they have told me I can't put my caramel frappe with my meal and it's very agitating when I can do that with certain employees but others don't know how to do it and then went to argue with you like you're wrong the last time I came in I ordered $60 in food and they still forgot my mozzarella sticks

The drive-through employees need more training. They are taking orders for a double drive-through and they don’t understand how to do it. I sat on the intercom and watched four cars at the other intercom get their order taken in a row while I sat there. They do not know how to alternate. I wonder why your lines are so long. Drive-through get better you are supposed to alternate between the coms. That’s how you business like you lost mine.
