Stacey was amazing! I placed my order and it was taking longer than expected and she was handling everything in the front and was very professional! I felt that she needed a good review for her exceptional service. The food was great and the place was very clean. She made the experience a very positive one, even though the wait was longer due to the order. She made it right, with a smile on her face! I will definitely be back.

if i could leave 0 stars, i would. we went to curbside while it was not busy and it took 12 minutes for our food to come out. we went to leave and our car died. we went inside to ask for any kind of help, we completely ignored. the employees started at us, and walked away. how disgusting for apparent “perfect customer service” that the gm of this store apparently thrives at. then they even forgot ranch! that wouldn’t be that deep if the overall experience wasn't terrible. it’s one thing not to be able to help someone and it’s another to completely ignore them when it’s your job to assist anyone on YOUR property. a simple “i’m sorry we can’t help” would’ve been completely fine. thankfully a man who was happening to drive by stopped and help us with no hesitation!! thank you Ken! you’re a blessing. it’s sad to see that people my age who work at this store, can’t even have basic respect or manners to anyone.

I went to the drive thru at the store 4405 and thay told us to wait for the food and we did then when thay gave it to us they were BURNING HOT and we burned out fingers on them and there over cooked

I had almost thought the concept of 'fast food' was a lost art. Stopped here during peak lunch hours. Was served in a timely fashion. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean. My only negative take away, is that it was not one of the most easily accessible locations.
I've had several issues with this McDonalds over the past two weeks when ordering in, out, and for delivery. They either dont do as you ask, like no pickles or extra ketchup, or they forget your straw when delivering to curbside or DoorDash. Its getting a bit ridiculous.

Sat in drive thru behind another vehicle in 2nd lane. He finally ordered. Then we pulled up and no response. We said hello. Lane 1 said hello? We are both saying hello? Finally lane 1 ordered 34.00 worth of food. We still get no response. Hello? Hello? We pulled up behind mr $34.00 hoping to order our cokes at the window, but no one took his money. He was just sitting there at the window. We left and went to wendys.

This time was because I received 1 of the 2 happy meals I ordered, all 3 meals had sauce ordered with them, I received zero, and one of the happy meals was missing apple slices. Literally the only other thing besides fries and the main thing the happy meal is supposed to have. Food was food. Good job, guys!
