The incompetence of this place is unbelievable! slow service, unsealed delivery orders that are missing products even when it's sealed they are missing products. then they try to blame the drivers for their own incompetence. this is the worst run McDonald's in Anderson Indiana. I'm a delivery driver and almost 100% of the time, the customer messages me after delivery and the order is either wrong or missing product. It was okay the apple pies weren't ready for another 10 minutes, that I understand. But the unsweetened ice tea looked like coffee - it was so murky and cloudy. That's usually a result of unclean ice machines or day old tea that has day around. Praying I don't get sick from it.
10:30 at night. This place has a nice line. The wait is up to 15 minutes. We ordered 2 filet o fish and fries. They gave us refried fillets which means they were put back in the grease for reheating 🤢 so the fish was nasty and mushy.. I had to go inside after waiting to have the fries replaced. As soon as I walked in the manager began to whisper to the other manager. So you have 2 managers on site allowing people to get disgusting, sitting, refried food.
