Some (not all) of the employees are rude and they also are not aware that a customer who can orders through the checker app cannot just go into the app to get a refund. Like they always tell them, they seem to confuse their own mobile ordering with doordash pick up orders. Extremely unprofessional. Waited 20 mins in line for two spicy chicken sandwich’s. They were two cars in line.
