Mady was our server for my daughter’s 11th birthday this evening and our experience was absolutely 10/10! Fast, friendly, hot food and Mady made sure we had everything we needed with a smile on her face 😊
I went to dinner with my family. I had my 3 children with me. Anytime my kids made any kind of noise the lady in the booth in front of us was giving my children the death glare. I ignored it numerous times but finally the last time, I shot her a look back. She got out of her booth and physically assaulted me. Grabbed me by my hair and was dragging me from the booth. I am rarely inclined to write a review. But with my wife and I's experience at Texas Roadhouse tonight 3/23, I felt inclined to do so. We are always reasonable with food service, as we both have worked in the food industry, it can be a high stress environment and I totally understand low staffing can happen from time to time.
