Definitely check your bag before you leave the store. Never getting the orders correct you get home and find out. You are missing stuff check before you leave. The food is not even that good for you to forget what I ordered.

We ordered our food on our app got to the restaurant and we set in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get our food. It's crazy how "fast food" lost the FAST part.

I haven't been to this location in awhile because the service had been so bad. Tried it tonight since we were on this side of town. We got carry out. When we were ordering, we ordered a potato and then one of the girls screamed from a foot away, "We dont have potatoes." When we were done ordering, we waited three minutes for someone to come up and void the potato off of the register. I know better than to leave without checking the bag, but we were the only people there so I figured it would be right. When we got home, two of the orders were wrong. My mom won't eat cheese and her hamburger had two slices of cheese on it. We took it back, they remade it, got home and it still had cheese on it. Moral of the story, check everything in your bag before you leave tge store, and then check it again.

I was in drive thru 15 min b4 I got to the speaker then he told me to hold on another 8min before they took my order he was not a pleasant order taker got to the window and paid he rolled his eyes when I asked for chili sauce for my chili and said sure with a attitude .. the nuggets I got were cold and hardened even with the ghost pepper sauce on them was like chewing on stiff rubber .. salad was brown and soggy only thing that wAs descent was the chili and crackers..

Typical quality food for Wendy's. Service is either great or not good not much in-between just depends who you get working. I do like the Coke Freestyle because you can get Cherry Dr. Pepper. They also have the 50 pc chicken nugget which is great for a movie night.
ORDER THROUGH THE APP!! For some reason it’s a couple bucks cheaper for each item on the app than it is in store. When I asked they were pretty crappy about it saying it was not on their end. Also the floor is super sticky and smells like it was mopped with dirty water. Someone check this one out….

This store is clean, but is as inefficient as nothing I’ve ever seen. They will handle only one order at a time. They pull everyone up through the drive thru even if there is no one else behind you and only 3 people in the store. Got 2 biggie bags and it took more than 15 minutes in the drive thru. I had to wait 7 minutes before ordering (again no one at the window because he was pulled up and no one at order microphone). Nice workers though.

People falling asleep in the back. Found a hair in my fries. Bugs flying all over the trash can. All drinks r watered down/look like pure water. Floors are so sticky the take my shoe off while i’m walking. no gloves were being worn, picked fries up with her bare hands. only one table that was clean. yuck

The last time we were here somebody said we should leave because nobody was doing a good job and even had someone falling asleep in the back. The floors are sticky and dirty. There is brown stuff on the straw wrappers. All the drinks in the machine look watered down or look like water. There are gnats flying around the trash. And my cousin found a little hair in her fries.
