Took longer than normal to get our food as there was no one else in the restaurant. Once we received our food the fries were cold. New fries were gave to us without any issues. Then once half way through my sandwich I noticed a hair hanging out of my sandwich. When I took it to the counter the young girl laughed at the situation and walked away to tell her boss. Eventually a new sandwich was provided. We won’t be back. Nasty…

Guy working drive thru window had poor customer service. His attitude was more or less that we was bothering him by coming there.

After my workouts from the Gym, most of the time I will come only to this Wendy's here on Broadway, their nuggets are always fresh and hot, I always get their nuggets for protein source, oh and the strawberry lemonade 🔥really good🔥, Most of the evening/night shift workers there are pretty Nice🥰 to me I appreciate them a lot, especially that one guy Dillon I think 🤔 that's his name, He's Lit😎🙏💯🔥 You never know who y'all make happy, Y'all keep up the good work guys 😉👌🤎

Food quality is fine, however this Wendy’s is consistently slower and gets my order wrong way more often than any other location I have visited. I always have to check my bag before I leave to make sure they got my order right, and they never even ask if I want a receipt
My wife and I picked up some food for our trip. Local, reasonable and quick.

I'd like to bring an issue to attention regarding a customer experience at Location Restaurant #00003661 / 2817 N. Broadway Anderson, IN.
Store manager (Polly Davis) failed to meet customer expectations.
I believe the manager ignored my order and request. I was denied respect for my time and choosing of this location. I believe (Polly Davis) was unhelpful, rude and dismissive in front of her staff. The manager lack of concern for her position as well as customer experience was disturbing.
I was at this location during breakfast hours for a carry-out order, with only 45 mins left before breakfast ended. I order biscuits and gravy. I specifically asked for my biscuits to be cook to order on the side. I wanted to check the accuracy of my order. I was informed of a 5 min wait time for fresh biscuits.
The manager had me wait for just over 5 mins creating an illusion, only to give me biscuits that had been sitting.
The manager did not respect my service or time. I asked the manager for her name, she stated it would be on the refund receipt. Once refunded, she refused to give me a refund receipt. Contradicting and arguing her original statement.
The original receipt attached was the initial receipt. I did not want to report the incorrect person. There was a hesitation on the managers part to provide her name.

Last night I ordered thru doordash. It was the 3rd time I received a stale bun !!!! Who is managing this restaurant?? How in the world does this happen 3 times within 2 months. What happened to quality control??? I think the board of health needs to visit them!!!!
Definitely the worst Wendy's I've ever been. One of the worst food options in madison county. The staff are rude and incompetent. If (very big IF) they get your order correct, the patties are cold and undercooked the fries stale and chicken dry. Every couple of months I try this place and it always disappoints. Today tried to order a few frosty's. I might has well been speaking another language. After 2 attempts I just drove away. This place should be closed.

Like every restaurant it has flaws but I find this Wendy's has more positive impact to go with good food & service.
Taken clients here for breakfast/lunch & just drinks. Staff helpful with opening doors for wheelchairs & $1 any sixe soda for breakfast is a plus.
They treat you like a friend & not just a number/wallet.

Definitely check your bag before you leave the store. Never getting the orders correct you get home and find out. You are missing stuff check before you leave. The food is not even that good for you to forget what I ordered.

We ordered our food on our app got to the restaurant and we set in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get our food. It's crazy how "fast food" lost the FAST part.

I haven't been to this location in awhile because the service had been so bad. Tried it tonight since we were on this side of town. We got carry out. When we were ordering, we ordered a potato and then one of the girls screamed from a foot away, "We dont have potatoes." When we were done ordering, we waited three minutes for someone to come up and void the potato off of the register. I know better than to leave without checking the bag, but we were the only people there so I figured it would be right. When we got home, two of the orders were wrong. My mom won't eat cheese and her hamburger had two slices of cheese on it. We took it back, they remade it, got home and it still had cheese on it. Moral of the story, check everything in your bag before you leave tge store, and then check it again.
