“You don’t often hear about giving a food place inside a gas station a five star review, but I was pleasantly surprised. I do wish that they would honor the promotions that were run on the website. I did have some troubles finding this location. I realize that it was inside the gas station. There’s another counter where you get to select the chicken that you want. I found that the chicken was super moist and crispy. The honey biscuit was off the chart probably one of the best things I’ve had in a long time. If you want more chicken, you probably have to special order it because the way they put it out for display; They only do a couple of pieces at a time I think just due to the volume that they see of customers. The guy that was serving me was super pleasant. You do end up paying at the main cash register after you get your check though.“

“I have not only eaten here a number of times but have worked here. Seems to me what most of these reviews do not understand is 75% of what you purchase at KFC is hand breaded, which yes takes time. That 30-45 minute wait is not someone singling you out and being rude, that is genuinely the amount of time it takes. Kfc should not be considered fast food because it's very hands on and not time efficient enough for fast food.I understand wanting good customer service, but it also should be returned by being a good customer. The box not only distorts what we say but also what you say. No one should be disrespected customer or staff. And just because the customer is "always right" doesn't give a customer the excuse to be disrespectful. I know first hand the managers at Angola kfc are more than willing to make an order right, and Apologize. Brandon and Craig are both amazing managers and even better people, would it change your attitude to know that they both work 13, 14, 15 hour days? Or that sometimes there are only 2 people working a shift and they've both worked multiple days in a row? No one is oblivious to the fact that yes there are things that could be better, but I know from experience KFC in Angola is not the picture these reviews paint it to be, there are many local regulars who have been coming day after day, year after year, and enjoy the atmosphere, service, food, and experience.“
