Just went through the drive through and ordered a spicy chicken with bread on the side. We got home and there was just a spicy Chicken...no bread and nothing else on it either. I called to have them replace the mistake and the manager was immediately hostile. The whole conversation ended in him saying that I did not deserve a replacement nor did I deserve a coupon. He then hung up the phone on me.

I cannot say enough positive things about our Culver’s in Angola Indiana! We absolutely love this place! With growing up having a Dad in the “fast food” industry, I think it’s important to let others know when places are doing it right … and this place is doing it right!! We have always been acknowledged the minute we walk in the door with smiling faces! The food is delicious and most importantly warm!!
