What's the point of ordering online if they don't start making the sandwich until you get there 15 minutes later? Guy that walked in in front of me ordered on the spot and got his sandwich before me. Might sound petty but there's no point in ordering ahead if that's how they operate.
I had 2 online orders, got home realized I only got one had to go back then waited in line over 20 minutes
Imagine waiting 40 minutes for a sub made by a Freaky Fast place literally across the street from you. Why? They outsource to Uber. Stop outsourcing to Uber, I'd rather pay you than Joe Smo who has to drive 36 minutes to pick up my order.
