“I love the location! The staff is outstanding! The manager is wonderful—kind, helpful, knowledgeable about his products and menu, and able to answer questions and make suggestions. The store is always clean, tidy, and organized. The staff works well together and really helps each other out during really busy times. I always look forward to visiting this location. In fact, I go out of my way to visit this location rather than the one in my hometown. Keep up the great work. The manager at this store is fabulous.“

“I brought my child here tonight for her first time ever, I want to thank Chad for making it the most wonderful experience for her. Thank you for really letting her make the decisions. Thank you for giving her the amount of parmesan cheese she wanted. Thank you for talking to her about things that had nothing to do with subs. She told me tonight this was her new favorite place.
She’s normally so hard to get to try new places. Thank you for making tonight a great night for her Chad.“

“We always enjoy our orders from Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are made quickly and with fresh ingredients. We order on a fairly regular basis and never have had any issues. Today was the first time there was a mistake with my order and Carver was immediately extremely polite and helpful. I am someone that values excellent customer service and think it needs to be recognized when you receive it! Kudos to Carver!“
