“Stopped in August 20 at 8 pm. Long black haired kid with earring got my order. Incredible customer service that you can almost never find. Didn’t catch his name, but if the managers reading, find out who was working that shift and give that kid a promotion. Great place.“

“Friendly staff, a variety of options such as cod fish sandwiches, single and double hamburgers, french fries, crispy onion rings, cheese curds, and of course their famous delicious frozen custard with mix ins. If you drive through, they take your name, give you a number, and you pull over and wait a few minutes while they make your food fresh and deliver it to you.

“This place has always been pretty on top of things in my personal experience, but something happened last night and I thought it deserved a shout. I placed an online order through the app and chose to pick it up via drive through. When my son annd I arrived, the drive through was busy so I went inside. I couldn’t figure out how to change it through the app, but it didn’t matter. The woman who helped me was very understanding, and I don’t think I was in the store for more than a minute. I don’t recall her name but she had red hair and was very friendly, professional and she is one of the reasons I will continue to frequent this location.“

“David, Michael, and Mikey were amazing dealing with my elderly father and our very friendly talkative grandson. We are inside and the dining area was cleaner than most. Food was hot and fresh. Mozzarella sticks for fire ? Will come here again.“

“They had 3 employees working. 1 in drive thru, 1 main counter, and 1 in back making the food. 8 sandwiches and 2 mozzarella. Sticks took over 30 minutes. Food was goo, and will return if they don't close down due to not enough employees.

“Im sure many of you havent tried McDonalds in Plymouth or Bremen in a long time due to how bad they used to be and i dont blame you. They were disappointing and terrible for a very long time. HOWEVER you need to try them again! The new owners are doing a great job with quality and consistency. Ive been impressed with them. Please try them out again. If anyone knows them please pass the word to them. I couldn’t find them in social media. Thanks“

“All I can say is what amazing staff. My husband has been sitting in the parking lot of papa John's for almost 2 hours waiting on a tow truck. Out of no where a young gentleman walked up to my husband with a fresh hot pizza on the house the kid hoped my husband's day gets a little better.That young man brought tears to my eyes, for having such a big heart.Thank you to all the kind staff that made the decision to help brighten my husband's day and to make sure he ate dinner.You are all so very kind, Bless each and everyone of you that worked at 6:30 pm on September 13th.Pizza is delicious ?“

“Pretty slow for doordashers (unless )two very experienced girls are working an they do very well, I witnessed an attitude from a manager that I was not impressed

Parking: If you are a Dasher and they are busy you are very likely you have to wait to get out, in the past parking lot had a few close calls cause of traffic going both ways“

“I used to go here alot, me and my mom would drive from CrownPoint IN to FortWayn IN, and halfway there is this gas station where we get food etc. and everytime I came here which was like 4 times a year back then I'd order from this Subway. It amazes me how I was there for probably the first time back when I was like 6/7 and now almost a decade later (turining 16 next year) I am still going there. Makes me sad sometimes when I look back, but when I do I see my happy memories as a kid... and I loved this subway!!!!!!! “Everything was on point until I had to pay, at this point I check my wallet: Nothing; Pockets: Nothing; then I proceed to exit the building and search the vehicle I was in for what felt like an hour, only to come full circle and find that it was indeed in my wallet. The food was good, the service was better an absolute angel made my Spicy BMT Wrap. She deserves a stake in the company. All in all truly exemplary.“
