“I love everything about 9th Street Brew Coffee House. The whole vibe is great. The staff are the absolute best and Dawn is always so kind and fun! The esthetic of the coffee shop is great too, love the exposed brick and the cozy seating area. I love the location in the heart of downtown Auburn by the courthouse square. Coffee is amazing too, of course!“
“Such a cute place! Tried a few things and the muffins and cinnamon rolls are so good. Tried the cookies and they were fine, nothing to write hole about. But the woman who was working was super sweet and kind. Love the esthetic and that they sell local art and products.“
“I have had the pleasure of working with Laurie on several of the weddings that we have handled the flowers and decor for and her cakes are always on point, tailored to the couples design vision, and a true experience for your taste buds. Then there are her cookies…. Don’t get me started, they are pure art created on the most wonderful sugar cookie ever!“
“This was our first time stopping here and just to be clear it was a little later in the day so I can only speak to our experience. The place is a neat little shop in an older building so there is a nice atmosphere in there. The person that was there was very nice and helpful. Our selection of cookies was limited due to the time of day we were there. We got a frosted sugar cookie, triple chocolate chip cookie, and a snicker doodle. All were good size. Taste was good but felt like they were missing just a little something. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend checking it out. Go early for best selection ?“
“Finally got to try this place for lunch, I always miss their opening hours. Food was delicious. Had the club sandwich which was very filling with home made kettle chips which warning you can't get enough of, and the spinach bacon quiche was also very filling and both big portions with a side of pickle. Can't wait to try the other variety and options of sandwiches and salads.“
“I've liked everything I've tried: bread, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. I especially like the raspberry cinnamon rolls! They even have home made individual dinners, really convenient - I recommend their meatloaf. They also do an excellent job of catering dinners on the Spencerville bridge.“
“Me and my husband booked Gracey's Goodies for our wedding in May. I really wanted cupcakes and macarons for a dessert table and Gracey delivered! I knew I wanted to book her as soon as our consultation was over. She was so excited about the wedding, and I could tell that she has a real passion for baking. She was also one of the few bakeries that make macarons. There are a few other bakeries that make them, but they never seemed happy about it. Gracey made me feel like a priority the entire time and she responded to all of my emails and questions quickly. Even a month later people are still telling me how delicious the cupcakes were. “I went to the Auburn fair and seen Elizabeth’s lovely table! It was beautiful with many yummy looking pastries. Elizabeth was kind, full of joy and kept a wonderful smile chatting with us. We got a pumpkin roll slice, fruity pebble rice crispy and a mint brownie. The pumpkin roll was to die for, soft pumpkin bread with the yummy cream center. The rice crispy was not so enjoyable, it seemed stale and the marshmallow was very minimal that the cereal kinda just crumbled off. We saved the brownie for later and got to it 2 days later. (Got it Friday night, went to eat it Sunday morning) Now there is no enjoy by date or specification when to eat it but I assumed the brownie should be okay, but when I looked at it, it was starting to get little green fuzzy spots. So unfortunately I was unable to enjoy it. I suggest a little enjoy by sticker or vocal eat it today or the next so nothing gets moldy.Pumpkin roll was delicious and my favorite and if she ever opens a little bakery to walk in and enjoy, I’ll still come by!
