“I didn’t know it was cash only and when I was $6.00 short, I tried to put something back but another customer insisted I had to have it, and offered to pay for it. As I waited for my items to be bagged, the customer tried to pay but the owner motioned “no” and didn’t take her money so she gave it to me for free. They were the best cinnamon rolls and peanut butter cookies I’ve had in a long time and the customer service was over and beyond.“

“Absolutely breathtaking grounds! Not just the best food to enjoy but an absolute destination! We found that we spent more time just walking the beautiful landscape and sitting in the rocking chairs than we did in the restaurant! You better show up hungry and expect to spend a quality amount of time there! Definitely worth the trip across the country! I can imagine that the accommodations here can only exceed expectations as well! This is America!“

“Enjoyed the Karen Carpenter tribute today... quite entertaining! Had a meal afterwards at the restaurant... phenomenal food! Then after that we enjoyed the bakery!“
“My son wanted these for his wedding instead of cake. We order 100 hand pies and picked them up the day before the wedding, approximately a 3 hour (6 hours)drive there and back. He was married June 3, 2023 and they were amazing. I would do it again all over.“

“Stopped from Fort Wayne just for coffee before shopping. It was so good that we split a coffee cake slice then added a scone and cookies for home. Came back in 2 hours for lunch. Salad and sandwich again were so good that we added a loaf of yeast bread for home. Ended up eating 4 meals in a row from this cafe. Would like to eat more soon.“

“In town for some business meetings and my vendor sales team gifted me this amazing and delicious cupcake. Amazing presentation and box, and the quality of the cupcake was so evident of top caliber bakeries anywhere. Highly recommend their bakery!“

“The Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese frosting are to DIE for! Oh how I wish they would ship to Michigan. Or better yet, open a store here, I'd die from happiness! And the sandwiches are also amazing! Amish ranch dressing is the best ranch on the planet!“
