Mediocre at best. I did not do the buffet, so those results might be different. I did the menu side and did it to go. I got a chicken salad sandwich on toasted wheat bread with broasted potatoes. Just meh. Sandwich was small and not too filled. And I got 4 potatoes. Pricey for such little food. Very disappointing. The place is very touristy. Lots of stuff to see. The guy who helped me was nice and helpful. My overall feeling was just meh.
Really nice experience here. I stopped for a late lunch, arriving around 1:30 pm on a Monday, so it wasn't especially busy. I ordered the buffet and everything was excellent. The server was very pleasant and efficient. She took my drink order right away and brought refills before my glass was half empty. She brought hot, fresh rolls, one whole wheat and one white. We were undecided about buffet or sit down dining. The staff allowed us to look at buffet and the menu for sit down as well. Buffet looked good but we chose sit down. I had the creamed chicken over biscuits and mashed potatoes. I ordered the small portion, which was pretty big. The biscuits were delicious and fluffy. The mashed potatoes were great as well.
