I had a very disappointing experience at Cooper’s Hawk in Avon.
I came in alone around 5:00 PM. The restaurant was not busy — there were plenty of open tables and at least three available booths, in addition to open seating in the bar and main dining areas. The hostess first asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. I said no. She then asked if I’d like to sit in the bar area, and I agreed. After waiting about five minutes, another hostess came to seat me.

We loved the experience until we got to the area where you can buy takeout wine. The blonde lady behind the counter was loud and obnoxious. She was a high pressure salesman who was a cross between an auctioneer and a used car salesman. It took away from the classiness of the restaurant. I have a membership so I will definitely return. For the food and the lovely waitress we had. But I will steer clear of her.
We have eating there twice both times gotten the same waitress, she was really slow she had 3 tables, and it wasn't cause she was helping other tables she just would disappear then come out when our drinks are gone. First time I was like I won't give up on it with one bad experience so we tried it again and disappointed $200 bill later.
