Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings in Avon offers a variety of menu options, including salads like the Cobb Salad, House Salad, and the Zensation salad, as well as popular items such as the MrBeast Box. Customers generally find the food to be fresh and tasty, with positive remarks about items like the salads, egg roll, cheesecake bits, and chicken fingers. The staff are often described as friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is appreciated as a welcome addition to the area. However, some experiences have been less positive. There have been issues with the freshness of vegetables in salads, with reports of wilted, black, or moldy ingredients. Service at the drive-thru can be slow, with wait times of 5-10 minutes at the speaker and an additional 10-15 minutes at the window. Occasionally, orders have been inaccurate or missing items, such as missing chicken fingers or toast. Customer service experiences vary; some staff members are praised for their professionalism and willingness to resolve problems, while others have been noted as unprofessional or disrespectful. Despite these concerns, many customers still enjoy visiting Zaxbys for its convenient drive-thru and tasty menu, though some choose to stop coming due to staff attitude issues. Overall, Zaxbys Avon provides satisfying food with some service inconsistencies.
