Everything went well. People were polite, but definitely cool down your trailer before it arrives.
I've been to this warehouse four times now, and each time, the wait has been over 7 hours. The staff are friendly, but the process is really inefficient. I hope it improves, because I’d like to return, but this long wait is just too big a hurdle.
