My husband and I visited the Bright location last week for lunch. This was our first experience eating there and it was wonderful! The fish sandwich was a large portion and was delicious! Our waitress was super sweet and efficient! I had a Sweet Honey salad it was so good! Large amount of food for both meals
My Mom normally loves your restaurant, so I took her for Mother's Day at your Batesville location. Didn't know it was family style buffet ONLY until we get there, but went ahead because we've enjoyed the food on previous occasions. The Shift Batesille over promised, overbooked and terribly under delivered for this Easter event. We love The Shift for a casual lunch but they were way out of their capabilities. They were desperately understaffed in the kitchen and in the dining room. In the course of 2 hours to complete we saw at least three tables leave in frustration.
