I have been here so many times. It never disappoints. Wine tasting or buying a glass of wine or a bottle of wine. Staff is always helpful.
Stood in line for 25 minutes with merchandise to purchase. No employee even acknowledged we were there. There were only 2 other customers present. Winery missed out on a great review due to lack of customer service. We purchased a couple decals and left. Thankfully we Had great service @ the neighboring establishments- Bennys off shore then Finn’s. Lemployees @ winery have ZERO knowledge on customer service let alone wine… will attend bennyzl. We camped at Patoka for four nights, we went to the winery every evening and got a slushy the staff was friendly and helpful until this afternoon, I think she may have been the manager but she was rude and curt with us when we asked questions and we also witnessed her interruption to a staff member helping other customers to speak rudely to her. It ruined what had been a pleasant experience every day not sure if we will go back tomorrow for one last slushy before going home due...read full review
