I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday and the store lied and told me that they couldn’t do the cake I requested (which is on the website). Then I call back and ask for an another cake and they then proceeded to back track on their previous lie and say they can do the cake that I originally wanted. When I went to pick up the cake, they got the size of my cake wrong and tried to charge me for a larger cake.Terrible store, clueless workers!

Very slow. Nothing online is ever correct with what they actually have in store. You never make sure the delivery driver actually confirms the order so orders get stolen all of the time, which comes back on the driver (me). You never put napkins or spoons or straws in the bag or on the items, which the customer ends up blaming the driver for. Your staff also seems to discriminate against certain people, purposely helping others who came in after them. Awful experience as a customer and a delivery driver.

If you come to this location, you're more likely to get an argument than respectful customer service.On my final visit, when I attempted to order a a milkshake, the employee didn't prompt me for what ice cream flavor I wanted. The employee then tried to argue that they don't serve milkshakes in a small size - despite having a menu behind them printed with their available sizes and an ice cream choice selection. This was a poor customer service experience for me, so I walked out.My advice - pass on this franchise location and enjoy one of the locally-based ice cream shops instead.

Ordered a birthday cake with princess decal on it. Asked to have personalized with Happy Birthday Lorelei!Got a cake with the princess decal 1/2 covered with a grey background looking like duct tape, and had Happy Birthday Lorelai!It looked awful and they spelled my granddaughter 's name wrong! ?

They didn’t even earn the one star that I gave them on this review, but waiting at the counter for 7 minutes without being acknowledged is UNACCEPTABLE! I was the only customer inside of the building and there was no desire for anybody to provide customer service. The drive thru was the only focus and there were several employees that looked right at me and continued to talk amongst themselves. I will never be back!

Stopped by on the end of a date night with my wife to get Rocky Road and and Chocolate Chip Mint and they were out of both. You've got to be kidding me?!?

My wife tried ordering an ice cream cake online, but their site said online ordering was unavailable. So she tried calling for 2 days (luckily we weren't in a hurry). Any time she tried, either no one answered or they immediately hung up on her. I get being busy, but hanging up on someone is unprofessional. Regardless, she stopped in today. No customers were in the place, but the staff (about 12 people) still didn't greet her or ask what she needed. When she was able to get someone's attention, they had to get a manager to answer. The manager said they can't make ice cream cakes there (only pies and roll cakes). Being frustrated, she pressed them on it being on their website and they blamed "new management." Not sure what they meant by that, but again, unprofessional. This would have been easily avoided if they just answered the phone. However, we should've avoided it by shopping local in the first place. Lesson learned.
