The chef's special was chicken with sweet corn risotto and mushrooms. It was truly incredible- a perfect blend of spices and combination of flavors. I always love their salads They don't overwhelm them with dressing. I also love the wines by the glass and their old fashions are some of the best in town.
Two couples had a delightful dinner at C3. We started with cocktails and deviled eggs. The two women ordered Salt & Pepper Cup, described as Uncle Val's Restorative Gin, House Cucumber Cordial, Lemon, Lime, Salt and Pepper. It was refreshing on a hot evening! Three of the group ordered the pork tenderloin medallions, and all praised it. I ordered the chicken special: Pan Roasted Joyce Farms Chicken Supreme, Sweet Corn Risotto, Sauteed Spinach, Wild Mushroom-Tarragon Cream....
Our waitress Katelyn was great! She made great recommendations for both drinks and food! She seemed very knowledgeable about all facets of the restaurant! We love C3! Our favorite place in all of Bloomington!!
