Jeff catered our daughter's wedding last weekend. It was for 170 guests and 40 minutes away and he did the most amazing job! The food was delicious, and he was so caring in helping us get it all set up. I think he would give you the shirt off his back if he thought it would help. Highly highly recommend! Thank you Jeff!
Long-time fan of Carson's BBQ. We most recently ordered their delicious pulled chicken and brisket for a large yard party (60 people).
Mr. Carson helped us estimate what we would need and had it ready to go with reheating instructions for the day of.

This is a small mom n pop shop that has super hot n fresh, made to order food. Owners are friendly and appreciative. I will definitely be back! Catfish, fries, potato salad, and greens was great!
