The guy with the FDNY grey shirt is consistently rude. He talks in a monotone and never smiles. The food is good. I dread coming in when I see him at the counter. I’ll still come in even if he is rude. We like the sandwiches that much.

So happy this place is still open. While it has a hole-in-the-wall feel, this is definitely worth the stop. Right across from the gates of campus.

I loved the Ultimate turkey sub. Worth the drive! I never miss stopping here when we are in Bloomington! I wish there was one closer to indy (greenwood is a great place for another dagwoods!)

Mrs. HB and I grabbed a quick sub at Dagwoods Deli Sub Shop. It was really good and the portion sizes were healthy.
If I lived closer, I'd surely be back!
