A nice Italian/Creole restaurant on the northeast side of Bloomington. Service was friendly and fast, and the food was pretty good too. The ambiance was okay too. Very quiet, too: when we were there, most customers were staid, older people (plenty of walkers and canes).

Made a reservation for Sunday lunch. When we arrived, we were seated right away. The service was great (the waitress frequently refill our drinks, asked us how we are doing). Food came quickly (maybe partly because the restaurant was not busy), and all tasted good (lots of flavors!). Also used the discount code (from the restaurant’s website after sign up by text message) at the end.

Excellent food. It seems like they have a little trouble either finding or keeping staff. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all but service was kind of chaotic. They were turning people away at the door with a half empty restaurant. Our food was great but didn’t have much for service.
