My husband and I have been very faithful customers to the Bloomington Westside location for years. Our family planned a birthday party for my 5 year old granddaughter for 15-20 people. Two days before our date I went in to make reservations for their large back room that is ALWAYS empty. Last year we had a small party in that room with no problems, so I didn’t think it would be a problem.

Super slow service today. Drinks took forever, food took forever, server was rude, food tasted worse than usual. Received no napkins. Absolutely terrible experience. I will not go back!!!
I placed an order through btownmenus for carry out. I paid online and got a message saying it would be ready in thirty minutes. When I went to pick it up, they asked me for an order number. I didn’t know what they were talking about. They asked what I ordered and went to check on it. I sat down. When they came back, they asked if I was sure I ordered it from them.
