Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

They charged me $2.49 to eat in. Added a medium fry I didn’t order. Gave me two concretes when I asked for a sundae and shake. Way overpriced, inaccurate, and bad quality.

Awful service and super slow. The food is the only redeeming thing at Freddie's.

rounded up my order without asking if i wanted to. it’s the principle of the matter, that is not cool.

I would give 5 stars but the grilled cheese steak burger was just seasonal I guess that was my favorite! Bring it back please I can't get tired of it yet .I don't like the shoestring french fries but they are still yummy.

Window help petted dog and let dog lick them and did not sanitize her hands before waiting on me. We made a remark and she was offened. We did not get the sauce which had been ordered nor napkins. You're working with the public which you know nothing about. Spreading unnecessary germs is not ok. We are both dealing with health issues. Very disappointed in the reaction of employee. Evidently no supervision was there.

They started putting their burgers in bags and now they’re all squished and soggy :( sucks.. they used to be a pretty good. Seems like they’re trying too hard to cut costs. One person at the front making ice cream, doing pick up orders, and taking orders during dinner rush.. have to stand around and wait too long. And they put the sauce behind the counter now so you have to stand around and wait for that too.. too expensive for all that.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner. We were waited on guickly. Food was ready just as guick. But all the tables were dirty. There were about 7 to 8 workers. The ketchup was empty. The store was starting to get busy. I witnessed a couple Cleaning the table they wanted to sit at.
There were 2 girls that walked in the store. One in the Freddy's uniform, the other girl in a tank top and pajama pants. The both went behind the counter. This is all while the customers were lined up. This Freddy's has really good food. But in the last couple times I have been in the store is not looking clean. Hope they can return this place back into the store it was a few months ago. When I did see someone wiping down the tables.

Went through the drive through and saw a convicted felon whom trued to break into my home a few months previous. They apparently don’t do background checks otherwise they wouldn’t have hired someone either 2 assault convictions and 4 theft convictions (2 felony convictions and 4 misdemeanor convictions) I won’t go back
