Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Due to my comments below I was given a coupon for a free custard. This time the service was great and the custard was amazing.
I had gotten Freddy's Shakes before but This was my first time to try the food. The Steak burger was on par with Steak and Shake. The onion rings were great. However, the staff didn't even welcome you.

I had a similar experience as the other reviewer. The staff pretends they don’t see you — They really don’t care if you’re there or not.

I was standing at the counter for awhile. The cashier was making something and didn’t acknowledge me and walk way without saying anything. The manager was behind the counter too. He also didn’t acknowledge that he saw me.

While waiting for my order, I saw a new customer waiting to be served while a staff member arrived, was behind the counter, ignored them and walked away without even saying if someone else would serve them.

Generally, the other places I’ve been to the fast food staff at least acknowledge you and let you know they’re in the middle of something.

Installing self serve kisoks would really help. The staff can minimize interacting with customers. It’s a lot cheaper and faster than trying to change the culture or attitude of workers and managers.

The steakburger was quite good and the frozen custard was creamy as advertised.

Not your typical fast food. More like Culvers. The hamburger salad was good, more cheese would have been great. They have Pepsi products which is a plus.

Very cean, not busy at the time of our visit, and fast service. We all ate and seriously enjoyed the meal and the family to enjoy our dinner.

Just because the bacon is pre cooked ,white bacon is still under cooked.🫡

Staff didn't seem to care if we were there or not.
The food was pretty good.
Kinda felt like you were at steak and shake.
It is December and cold outside, but it may have been just as cold inside.
I would eat here again, but wouldn't go out of my way to get here.
It was ok.

Update.
My wife went to the restroom and had to crawl under the door to get out because it wouldn't unlock.
Hopefully the floor was relatively clean!
