I recently had a frustrating experience as a DoorDash delivery driver at this location. I had to endure an excessively long wait, and when I finally received the food, it was cold. It was evident that no one was announcing the DoorDash orders, even with multiple drivers present waiting for their pickups. This situation is incredibly unacceptable, as we are evaluated based on our delivery times and the expectation of delivering hot food to customers. The individual taking orders...

Great bagels, not enough cream cheese. The 2 things a bagel shop must have are good bagels and good cream cheese. Unfortunately there was a lack of cream cheese on all my friend’s bagels. This is not the first time this has been an issue.
