The people at the desk are really nice. Check in was a complete nightmare but it wasn’t their fault at all. Avoid booking through third parties. The staff was really accommodating and nice but it seemed like a lot of guests were being jerks. The location is 10/10. Hotel and staff were wonderful. Room was nice and breakfast was good. The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is that the parking lot is not secured. We had the tonneau cover on our truck cut open and some things stolen from us. After filling a report and talking with employees I found out this has been an ongoing issue. We were the second report of that day. Hyatt hotels should invest in on duty security officers for their parking garage. The manager did as much as he could to help...

The beds are so soft and comfortable. The gym was clean and easy to find. I really liked staying here!
