Great cozy little place that I'd give 4.8 stars. The restaurant has that Bloomington hometown eatery feel and is a bit cramped, but cozy. Service was exceptional, maybe a bit slow to order but we had a group of probably 15+ people and the place was packed, so a good job overall. The food was very good, but im not sure it justified the price. The steak was great but not far off from what I'd eat off the grill, lobster was cooked well but came out a bit cold, and everything...
Had a very enjoyable meal for parents weekend. Their steaks are the stars here along with their baked potatoes. Would skip the lobster. Not sure if it was fresh or frozen. Grilled shrimp was our shared appetizer. Would highly recommend
Love Little Zagreb. Food is consistently great. Best steak in Bloomington, by far now that Scholar's Inn is no more. Our server was terrific, even though she was very busy. My main gripe is that they accept too many reservations and in decades of visits, I have yet to be seated at my reservation time. I keep coming back however, so I guess I make the choice to wait. Last night was 30 minutes after the reservation time. Sometimes it has been even later. There must be a way...
