Regarding service: Getting seated at 8:00 PM on a Friday was essentially instant, though after being seated it took about half an hour before a waiter came to ask us for our order. The food was magnificent, and in such abundant quantities that for three people, a single order of their nachos would have been plenty. Made a reservation a few weeks in advance since Michigan was coming to town to play IU in football. Huge game, knew restaurants would be packed after. After reading some reviews, was nervous that maybe our reservation wouldn't be honored.. We had ZERO issues. Walked in for our 745p reservation and were seated right away. The truth is in the service, if they lack too much, their customer service is too cold, they don't make you feel at home and they don't even give you drink options when you arrive. They really lack a lot in customer service.
