I just recently started ordering here and haven't had a bad meal yet. I've tried Chicken and Broccoli, Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Pork with Garlic Sauce, Braised Pork, Braised Chicken, Salted Chicken....every single dish was excellent.The portion sizes are big, especially the Chicken with Garlic. I don't really understand how anyone could write a poor review about the quality of the food they received from here.It isn't the fastest place, by any means. It's going to be 20-30 min on carry out, and 45-60 min on delivery. They need to learn to overestimate, rather than underestimate, how long until your order will be ready.

Lotus Garden was such a haven for me and my family last night!! We were driving through Bloomington and after being stuck in snow and traffic for hours we just wanted a nice warm meal - and Lotus Garden certainly delivered! Our food came out very quickly and we nearly finished all six dishes. We ordered two different styles of dumplings, the spring rolls, green beans, sesame chicken, and the chicken lo mien. I can't believe there weren't more reviews for the lo mien because it was so yummy!! I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Delicious food, good service, and best of all open during the storm!! Thanks Lotus Garden! Hope to be back soon when I find myself in Bloom again.

I think it's a good place. I love this spicy ones here. This place has run for a long time, both service and foods are good, the boss is also a nice guy. There are many kinds of dishes supplied, not serve very fast indeed, but all fresh cooked. If I said, if you want to try Chinese food, then come here; if you want a place with all the best things in IN, then you are looking for The Capital Grille maybe.

Ordered Doordash. Was supposed to get 1 chicken broccoli, 1 general tsos chicken, 1 orange chicken, 1 chicken fried rice. Orange chicken was general tso's. Taste not very good. Also for price amount small.

We came for dinner and were the only customers for 15 minutes. There were three dirty tables that hadn't been bussed, one of which looked like the staff had been eating there. My "braised" ribs in chili sauce were deep fried, as was my wife's sweet and sour chicken. She had a few tablespoons of vegetables with hers. I had more, but they were so salty I couldn't eat them. I got my meal about seven minutes after my wife. The young lady waiting on us was very nice. This is on me. I didn't check Yelp before recommending this place. The low reviews would have scared us away.
